Thanks for backing yourself with this, Dani. I went right through your website, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google listing the way a busy prospective client would — on a phone, in a hurry — and mapped everything quietly costing you enquiries. Below is the lot: seven findings, written in full, each with exactly how to fix it yourself, then a step-by-step plan in the order I'd tackle them. No holding anything back — this is yours to act on.
A presence score across clarity, conversion path, proof, findability and consistency. The good news: every point below is fixable, and several are same-week jobs you can do without me.
What I looked at
A read-only scan — I changed nothing
I looked at your online presence the way a potential client would, on a phone, and checked the four places enquiries usually leak away.
The 5-second test
Can a visitor tell who you help and how, fast?
The next step
Is there one obvious way to book or enquire?
Findability
Do you show up when people search for a coach?
Proof & trust
Are results and reviews easy to find?
The findings
Seven things costing you enquiries — and how to fix each
Each is laid out the same way: the problem, why it costs you, how to fix it yourself step by step, and the rough impact. None of this means you're doing it wrong — it's the marketing-and-tech side nobody trains a coach for.
1
Your website · homepage
In the first five seconds, a visitor can't tell who you help — and the booking button is three scrolls downHigh impact
The problem
Your homepage opens with "Dani Reyes — ICF-accredited executive coach & facilitator." That tells a visitor your credentials, not what you'd change for them. On a phone, the only "Work with me" button sits below a long bio and a slider — two or three thumb-scrolls before anyone sees how to start.
Why it costs you
Most people now meet you on a small screen, where a booking button buried below the fold is a button most never reach. A visitor who can't tell in five seconds that you help, say, new managers lead without burning out simply leaves — an enquiry gone before you knew they came.
Fix it yourself
Rewrite your top headline to lead with the outcome, not your title. Format: "[Who] [gets what result] — [how]." e.g. "Step up to senior leadership without burning out — 1:1 coaching for new & stretched managers."
Put one button directly under it — "Book a free intro call" — and nothing else competing with it.
On your site builder, drag that headline + button block to the very top so it's the first thing on screen, phone included. Preview on your own phone to check the button shows without scrolling.
Move your credentials and bio to just beneath — they reassure once someone's interested, they don't need to lead.
Where: your website editor (Wix / Squarespace / WordPress — same idea in each). Time: ~30–45 mins. Cost: £0.
Rather I did it? A rebuilt, mobile-first homepage that loads fast and converts is exactly what a website build covers — done properly and managed so it stays that way.
Rough impact
A clear outcome headline plus an above-the-fold booking button is one of the most reliable lifts there is — realistically a few extra intro calls a month at your traffic (illustrative estimate).

2
Instagram & LinkedIn · enquiry flow
Interested people land in your DMs and wait — no booking link, no instant replyHigh impact
The problem
Your Instagram bio reads "Leadership coach · DM to work with me" with no link, and LinkedIn sends people to "message me to chat." So when a post lands well, the keen ones message you — then sit waiting while you're (rightly) in a session.
Why it costs you
Speed decides these. Replying within five minutes makes you far more likely to actually connect than waiting even half an hour. A coach is an emotional "is this the right person?" decision — they often book with whoever replied first.
Fix it yourself
Get a free scheduling link (Calendly free plan) with one "Free intro call · 15 min" event type.
Paste it into your Instagram bio link and your LinkedIn "Contact info" website field. One tap to book, from both.
Turn on Instagram's saved-reply + auto-message tools: Settings → Business tools → Saved replies for a "here's my calendar" message, and an away-message greeting so no DM sits in silence.
Write the reply in your voice: "Thanks for reaching out — grab any intro slot here [link] and I'll confirm shortly. Anything specific you want to cover, pop it in a reply."
Rather I did it? A proper instant auto-reply that answers in seconds 24/7 across channels — in your voice — is a small automation I set up and run for you, so nothing goes cold between sessions.
Rough impact
Instant replies plus a one-tap booking link routinely turn a noticeably higher share of DMs into booked calls — and clear the evening pile of "sorry for the slow reply" messages (illustrative estimate).

3
Google · search & reviews
You're hard to find when someone searches for a coach, and your testimonials aren't where people decideHigh impact
The problem
Searching "leadership coach [your town]" doesn't surface a Google Business Profile for Northpath, and the warm testimonials on your site aren't on Google itself — where people compare two or three coaches before reaching out.
Why it costs you
Most people read reviews regularly when choosing who to work with, and Google is where the majority look. Without a claimed profile you're invisible in "near me" and comparison searches — and without reviews there, even people who find you have nothing reassuring them at the deciding moment.
Fix it yourself
Go to google.com/business and create/claim your profile. Use "Business coach" / "Executive coach" as the category and add your service area (you can hide your address if you work online).
Fill it fully: services with real wording clients search ("leadership coaching", "new-manager coaching"), 3–5 photos, hours, and your booking link as the website/appointment URL.
Ask your last 3–5 happy clients for a Google review — send them the short review link Google gives you, with one line: "Would you mind leaving a couple of sentences here? Takes 60 seconds and really helps."
On your site, put your specialism into the page titles and headings (browser tab text + the big H1), so the right searches match you.
Where: Google Business Profile (free), your website editor. Time: ~1 hr to set up, plus asking clients. Cost: £0.
Rather I did it? Claiming + optimising the profile and setting up an automation that invites reviews automatically after a client's final session is part of a Get-Found build.
Rough impact
A claimed, reviewed Google profile is often a service business's single biggest source of new enquiries — it puts you in front of searches you're missing entirely (illustrative estimate).

4
Your website · performance
The homepage is slow to load on mobileMedium impact
The problem
Your homepage carries a heavy image slider and several full-size uncompressed photos. On a phone over mobile data it's sluggish to appear — and a slow first impression loses the impatient ones before they read a word.
Why it costs you
Over half of mobile visitors abandon a page that takes more than three seconds to load, and they leave silently — you never see the enquiry that didn't happen. Speed is also a quiet Google ranking factor.
Fix it yourself
Run your URL through PageSpeed Insights (pagespeed.web.dev) — it names your biggest slow-downs in plain terms.
Replace the homepage slider with one strong still image. Sliders are heavy and most people never see slide two anyway.
Compress every image before uploading: drop them through TinyPNG or Squoosh (both free) — you'll usually cut 60–80% of the file size with no visible loss.
Re-test on PageSpeed. Aim to get the mobile score out of the red.
Rather I did it? A hand-built site (no bloated page-builder) loads fast by design — that's the difference between a template and a proper build.
Rough impact
Shaving a slow homepage down to a quick one recovers the impatient mobile visitors you currently lose in the first three seconds (illustrative estimate).
Source: 53% of mobile visits are abandoned if a page takes over 3s to load — Google, "The Need for Mobile Speed" (illustrative market research).
5
Across channels · brand consistency
There are three different "you" across the site, Instagram and LinkedInMedium impact
The problem
Your name, photo, colours and even how you describe your work differ between the three channels — so it reads as three small things rather than one credible coaching brand.
Why it costs you
People check you in more than one place before they book. When each place looks and sounds different, it plants a flicker of doubt at the exact moment they're deciding whether you're the safe, professional choice.
Fix it yourself
Pick one professional headshot and use the exact same image everywhere (website, IG, LinkedIn, Google).
Write one one-line description of what you do and who for, and paste that same line into every bio.
Choose two brand colours and one font feel, and keep to them. Free tip: build a simple one-page brand sheet in Canva so you never have to remember.
Check the "handle" is the same across platforms where you can (e.g. @northpathcoaching everywhere).
Where: Canva (free), each social profile. Time: ~45 mins. Cost: £0.
Rather I did it? A full brand tidy-up — logo, colours, voice and consistent profiles across every channel — is part of a rebrand.
Rough impact
One consistent brand quietly lifts trust everywhere at once — it makes a solo coach read as an established, safe choice (illustrative estimate).
6
Your website · enquiry form
The "Get in touch" form is a dead endMedium impact
The problem
Your contact form gives no confirmation and no "what happens next," and there's no follow-up if someone doesn't hear back quickly — so warm enquiries quietly fall through the gap.
Why it costs you
Someone who fills a form is one of your hottest leads — they've decided to reach out. Silence after submitting makes them wonder if it even sent, and by the time you reply the moment's often passed.
Fix it yourself
In your form settings, turn on a confirmation message: "Thanks — I've got this and I'll reply personally within one working day. In a hurry? Book straight in here: [link]."
Turn on the auto-reply email (most builders have one built in) with the same message, so they get something in their inbox instantly.
Add the booking link to that confirmation, so the keenest can skip the wait and book themselves.
Set a personal rule: clear form enquiries once in the morning, once late afternoon.
Where: your form/website settings. Time: ~20 mins. Cost: £0.
Rather I did it? A tidy enquiry flow with instant confirmation + an automated nudge if you haven't replied is a small workflow I wire once and it just runs.
Rough impact
Catching the enquiries that currently go quiet after the form is some of the easiest revenue to recover — they already raised their hand (illustrative estimate).

Whole funnel · follow-up
Nothing keeps you in front of the "not yet" peopleLonger play
The problem
Most visitors aren't ready to book on day one, and right now nothing keeps you in their world until they are. Once they leave the page, you've lost them.
Why it costs you
Coaching is a considered decision — people circle for weeks. A simple, in-your-voice follow-up recovers a slice of them who'd otherwise quietly forget you and book whoever stayed visible.
Fix it yourself
Offer one genuinely useful free thing in exchange for an email — e.g. a short guide: "The 5 signs a new manager is heading for burnout." Build it in Canva as a PDF.
Use a free emailer (MailerLite free plan) to collect the email and send the guide automatically.
Write 3 short follow-up emails to go out over two weeks: a useful tip, a client story, and a gentle "here's how to work with me." Set them once; they send on autopilot.
Add the sign-up box to your homepage and link it in your socials.
Where: Canva, MailerLite (free to 1,000 contacts). Time: a couple of hours to set up once. Cost: £0.
Rather I did it? A full lead magnet + nurture sequence, written in your voice and automated end-to-end, is exactly what a funnel build is.
Rough impact
Even a simple nurture recovers a share of the "not yet" visitors who'd otherwise vanish — compounding month on month as your list grows (illustrative estimate).

The short version
Where this leaves you
You're not doing anything wrong — you're great at the coaching, and this is the marketing-and-tech layer nobody trains you for. Nothing here is broken beyond a weekend of focused tidying.
Work down the plan and you'll have: a homepage that sells you in five seconds, no enquiry going cold, a Google profile pulling in searches you're currently missing, and a follow-up that keeps you in mind. That's the difference between a presence that leaks and one that books.
This audit is yours to keep and act on — every fix above is something you can do with free tools and a bit of time.
Or hand me the list and I'll do the lot — properly, and managed for you.
You've got the full map and every fix. If you'd rather stay on the coaching and have someone build it right — fast, no page-builders, and kept running so it doesn't drift back — that's exactly what I do. Start with a free 15-minute teardown: I'll walk your plan with you, tell you honestly what's worth me doing versus DIY, and there's no pitch.
