Real build · 360 Performance Academy

Four platforms, none of them talking. Now it's one system.

360 Performance Academy coaches the mental side of competitive sport — darts, golf and life. The coaching was never the problem. Running it across a website here, a community there, a spreadsheet somewhere else and one-to-one sessions on top of all of it was. We rebuilt the whole operation as a single platform: a website that flows straight into two coaching apps and into the one-to-one work, with automation and an AI reporting engine underneath.

The starting point

Real expertise, spread across four places that didn't talk.

Three decades of coaching, hypnotherapy and NLP experience — delivered one player at a time, by hand, every time. Player data was being captured and then barely used. There was nowhere structured for a player to learn between sessions. The brand said something different on every surface. And every new sport meant doing the whole thing twice.

Before

  • Coaching, content and payments spread across separate platforms
  • Delivered one-to-one, manually, every single time
  • Nowhere structured to learn between sessions
  • Player data captured, then rarely turned into anything
  • Brand and message inconsistent across every touchpoint
  • No way to add a second sport without doubling the work

After

  • One platform the whole business runs on
  • A site that routes straight into the app or the one-to-one work
  • A full teaching library in the player's pocket
  • Match data turned into written reports in the coach's own voice
  • One brand across site, apps and socials
  • A second sport built on the same rails, not from scratch

What we built

Six workstreams, designed to feed each other.

This was never a website with extras bolted on afterwards. Each piece was specified so the next one could use its output — the brand feeds the site, the site feeds the app, the app feeds the data, the data feeds the reports, and the reports are what people pay for.

01

Full rebrand

Logo, identity, tone of voice — then applied consistently to every player touchpoint instead of drifting per platform.

02

Hand-built website

Multi-page, no page builder, no template. Fast, fully bespoke, and owned outright with no monthly platform fee.

03

Two coaching apps

Darts and golf. The academy in the player's pocket — teaching library, logging, focuses, community and reports.

04

AI reports engine

Turns a player's own data into written coaching feedback — in the coach's voice, against a locked specification.

05

Make.com automation

Onboarding, data capture and the report pipeline wired together, so the manual loop became a system that runs itself.

06

Memberships & payments

A free tier that converts into paid plans, with the billing, entitlements and upgrade path built in rather than bolted on.

How it all connects

The website's job is to hand the visitor to the right place.

This is the part that fixed the platform sprawl. Every route on the site ends in one of three places, and all three run on the same data underneath.

One assessment, three destinations.

A visitor takes the free Player Type assessment on the website. That same assessment runs inside the app, so the result carries straight over — no re-doing it, no second account. From there they either start free in the app, upgrade to the full data layer, or book one-to-one coaching. The coach sees the same profile whichever door they came through.

The differentiator

The part most agencies can't build.

Anyone can put up a website. The reason this business now sells something its competitors can't is the reports engine — and it's the piece that took the longest to get right.

Match data in. Coaching, in the coach's voice, out.

A library of report types — baseline, player type, goal setting, monthly review, post-match, and an internal coach-prep brief — each generated from the player's own data and written to a locked voice specification, so it reads like the coach wrote it rather than like an AI summarised it. Every report hangs off one performance framework, so a player's whole season joins up instead of arriving as disconnected snapshots.

What changed

What the business can do now that it couldn't before.

  • Sell a product, not just hours. The membership is recurring income that isn't capped by the coach's calendar.
  • Serve a full squad without burning out. The system does the repetitive delivery; the coach does the coaching.
  • Run one operation instead of four. Site, apps, data and payments are one platform with one login behind them.
  • Add a sport on the same rails. Golf was built on the structure proven with darts — not started again.
  • Turn data into something people pay for. The match data that used to sit unused is now the product.
  • Own the whole stack. No platform lock-in, no monthly builder fees, no third party holding the audience.
