Real build · Buriram Monster Fishing Park
The owner was answering the same questions, one message at a time.
A big-fish lake in rural Isaan, a one-hour flight from Bangkok, with Mekong giant catfish to 150kg. The fishing was never in doubt — but every enquiry arrived asking the same things. What do the swims look like? Where's the hut? What's actually in the water? He was typing the same answers out by hand, in two languages, forever. We built a website that answers them before anyone has to ask.
The problem
A hard business to picture from the other side of the world.
Someone booking a fishing trip to rural Thailand is making a real commitment — flights, a week off, a long drive from the airport. They need to picture the place before they'll book it, and no amount of gallery photos does that. The old site left every one of those questions unanswered, so they landed in the owner's inbox instead. That's a tax on his time on every single enquiry, and it's paid twice because half of them arrive in Thai.
Before
- The same questions answered by hand, message after message
- No way to see the layout of the lake or the swims
- No record of what has actually been caught here
- English and Thai enquiries handled separately
- Nothing structured for Google to understand or rank
After
- An interactive map — click a swim, see the hut and the fishing
- A species catalogue with the real weight of each fish landed
- The full story of the lake, in the owner's own words
- Every page in English and Thai, one switch
- SEO schema so the park is findable, not just visible
The centrepiece
"What do the swims look like?" — answered by clicking on them.
This is the piece that killed the repeat questions. We drew the lake as it actually is, dropped a numbered pin on all seven huts, and made each one open the hut, what's in it, and what the owner says about fishing there. It's a floor plan for a fishing lake — and it does in ten seconds what four back-and-forth messages used to do.
The general lesson, if you're reading this about your own business
Whatever you find yourself explaining over and over in messages is the thing your website should be doing. It's not extra content — it's the highest-value page you can build, because it's the one your customers have already told you they need. Ours was a lake map. Yours might be a price list, a room layout, a process, or a straight answer to the question you dread.
What we built
Every section earns its place.
Interactive lake map
Seven swims, each one clickable, with the hut, the facilities and the owner's own notes on the fishing.
Species catalogue
Every fish in the lake with the biggest one actually landed here — his numbers, not a borrowed record book.
The story of the lake
A timeline from a rice field to a monster lake, told in the owner's words. It's the reason people trust the place.
Full EN / TH
Every page in both languages behind one switch — not a translate widget bolted on top.
SEO & schema
Structured data so search engines understand what the business is, where it is and what it offers.
Enquiries & booking
Enquiries routed straight to the owner on the channel he actually reads, with the details already filled in.
Before & after
Same business. Same fish. One of these gets booked.
Drag the handle.
What changed
What the business can do now that it couldn't before.
- Stop answering the same question. The map, the species list and the FAQ absorb the questions that used to arrive one message at a time.
- Get found, not just seen. Structured data and real content mean search engines can actually place the business.
- Sell to two markets at once. English and Thai, same site, same quality — no second website to maintain.
- Let the proof do the selling. Real weights, real anglers, real reviews from over 100 countries.
- Own it outright. Hand-built, no page builder, no monthly platform fee holding the business hostage.
