Pricing
Real prices. On the page. Before you speak to anyone.
Most agencies make you book a call to find out what a website costs. Here is the whole thing instead — and you can see your own site rebuilt, free, before you decide a single thing.
£0
A few of your pages rebuilt properly and sent to you as a real link. Nothing to book, no card.
from£175
Rebuild of the site you've already got, first year's hosting in, and you own it. Starting from nothing, £215.
£99/yr
Hosting from year two. Want it found and growing, not just online? Monthly plans start at £39.
Step three · keeping it alive
First question: who updates it?
Most people assume the answer is "you ring the web guy and he sends an invoice". It isn't, and you get to pick.
You can, and it costs nothing
Where your site needs it — your team, your prices, your classes — we set up a simple editor. Log in, change it, it's live. It comes with the build, whatever you decide to do afterwards.
Or you never think about it again
From £39 a month it's off your plate entirely — you message, it's done; your rankings checked every month; the site changed to suit what the numbers say; your Google listing kept telling the same story as your site. Full list below.
Editing it yourself is free. It's still a job you have to remember.
Then pick how much you want to think about it
Kept alive. Kept found. Kept growing.
That's the whole difference between the three.
£99/yr
It stays live, safe and yours.
Any business whose site says the same thing all year. A trade with one location, a therapist with a fixed list of services.
What you get- Hosting, SSL and daily backups — that's £8.25 a month
- Security and speed kept healthy, without you asking
- An editor for the bits that change, set up where your site needs it
- Bigger changes quoted before we start, so nothing lands as a surprise
- No lock-in — it's your site and you can take it whenever
£39/mo
It stays current, and somebody's watching whether it works.
Anyone whose prices, staff or availability move through the year, and who'd rather send one message than log into anything.
Everything in Care, plus- SEO done for you — every month we check the searches that matter to you and do the work to climb them
- You message, it's done — text, photos, prices, a new member of staff
- A monthly read of who landed, what they searched, and which pages turn into enquiries
- The site changed to act on what the numbers say — more of what's bringing enquiries in, less of what isn't. Done for you, not listed for you to do.
- Your Google listing reviewed against your site each month — we tell you exactly what to change on it so the two match, which is most of local search
- A short plain-English summary each month, not a dashboard login
£79/mo
Found works the pages you've got. Growing adds a new one every month.
When you sell more than your site has room for: services without their own page, towns you cover but don't show up in, questions people ask before they buy.
Everything in Found, plus- One new page a month, aimed at a search you're invisible for today — and it's yours forever once it ranks
- New reviews, photos and work added as they come in
- Internal links tidied so the new pages lift the old ones
- A quarterly look at what competitors are ranking for that you aren't
Twelve months on Growing is twelve more doors into your business.
Start here →The thing people brace for
One price. No extras.
Here's the thing people brace for, and the reason plenty of them stay where they are: the invoice that turns up every time they ask for something.
There isn't one. Changing your prices, swapping a photo, adding a therapist, taking last year's workshop down — that's the plan, not an add-on. No per-change fee, no quote for a five-minute job, no invoice landing because you asked for a photo swap.
If it turns into a whole new section or a new page, that's Growing, or a job we price up front. You'll know which it is before anything starts.
Our read, not our sales pitch
Which one is actually you?
- A joiner, a chippy, a mobile barber
One location, same services for years
Take a joiner in Hamilton: one location, the same six services for years, phone number at the top. He changed his site once last year, to put a photo of the new van on.
He's on Care. He'd be paying £39 a month for nothing, and we'd rather tell him that.
- A massage therapist, a salon, a personal trainer
Prices and people move a few times a year
Take a massage therapist. Her prices went up in January. She added hot stones in March. She's away a fortnight in July and wants that on the site. Four or five messages a year and she'd rather not think about any of them — and she's the one who googles "massage near me" and wonders why she's on page two.
She's on Found. Most people are.
- A clinic, a studio, a yard
A team, and every one of them is a reason someone finds you
Take a physio clinic with a team of eight. People join, people leave, someone's fully booked until March. Every one of them has a page, and every one of those pages is a chance to be found by somebody searching for exactly what that person does. At the moment she pays a directory to be found — because her own site doesn't do it.
She's on Found.
- Classes, courses, events, new work
Something new to say every month
Take a pilates studio: a new timetable every term, workshops through the year, teacher training starting in spring. Something new to say every single month — and every one of those is a page that could be getting found.
That's Growing.
The honest bit first
"But my site only costs me a tenner a month."
Fair. That is genuinely the thought most people have here, so here is the straight answer before we ask you for anything. Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Shopify, a WordPress theme someone set up for you in 2019 — same thing, same bill.
The tenner isn't the bill
The subscription is the only number a builder ever shows you. The rest of the bill is paid in your evenings — building it, fixing it, and dragging it up to date every time your prices change.
You're renting your front door
Stop paying and the site goes with it. You can't take the files, you can't move it, and the platform can change the deal whenever it likes. Ours is yours — on your domain, files in your hands.
Slow costs more than either
Over half of people leave a page that takes more than three seconds on a phone. A builder site loaded with someone else's code is slow by design. That's not a tenner a month — it's the enquiries you never saw.
The bigger problem isn't the price. It's what the site never does.
A builder hands you the tools, not the knowledge. To get a site that actually earns its keep you need to know how websites get found, how people read them, and where they give up. Nobody teaches you that when you sign up for a tenner a month. Most people have never been told what SEO actually is. It's not a dark art: it's whether Google can read your page, understand what you sell and where you sell it, and decide you're the best answer. Here's what we find on almost every one we're sent.
- Invisible to GoogleNo page titles, no descriptions, no headings for Google to read, and often no sitemap at all. The site exists, but nothing tells search engines what it's for. So when somebody near you searched for exactly what you do last week, they found three of your competitors and never saw you.
- Dead links and dead endsButtons that go nowhere, pages that 404, forms that quietly stopped sending months ago. Nobody tells you — the enquiries just stop, and you assume it's a quiet month.
- No route through itEvery page is a dead stop. There's no path from "I'm interested" to "I've booked". The ones who were ready go away to think about it — and end up thinking about somebody else.
- Built for a desktop nobody's usingMost of your visitors are on a phone, on the move, with one thumb. A template designed on a big screen turns into tiny text, buried buttons and a phone number you can't tap. Nobody emails to say the button didn't work. They just go.
- Dated the day after you finishThe prices are last year's, the offer changed, the photos are from the old premises. It's a job you keep meaning to do — and someone who spots last year's prices quietly wonders what else about you is out of date.
- It never asks for the businessNo clear next step, no reason to act now, nothing collected so you can follow up. The visitor liked it, did nothing, and you never knew they were there.
None of that is a fault of yours — it's what happens when a business owner is handed a website builder and left to it. Every one of those is fixed by default in what we build, because it's the job, not an upgrade.
£108/yr
And you still build it yourself.
£175
Built for you, with your first year's hosting in.
That's around £67 more for a custom site you didn't have to build. From year two our hosting is £99 — less than Wix's cheapest plan.
To be straight about what that number covers: £175 is the rebuild price — you already have a site, so the words, the photos and the structure exist and we are rebuilding them properly. A brand new business starting from nothing needs the content written, the brand worked out and the structure decided from scratch — that's £215, built from the ground up. Either way you get the exact number before anything begins.
Show me the full maths
Platform prices are their advertised annual-billed rates, checked September 2026 — monthly billing costs more. Wix and Squarespace include your domain free for the first year on annual plans. With us the domain stays in your own name and renews separately, usually around £10–15 a year.
Getting online — year one
| Option | You pay | Hours of your life | What you end up with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wix Light — you build it | £108 | 20+ | A site that's live. Nothing checking it's working. |
| Wix Core — you build it | £192 | 20+ | A site that's live. Nothing checking it's working. |
| Squarespace Core — you build it | £204 | 20+ | A site that's live. Nothing checking it's working. |
| GoDaddy / WordPress hosting — you build it | £100–£250 | 20+ | A site that's live. Nothing checking it's working. |
| AI ORCA — we build it | from £175 | about 1 | Built right, and fixed by us if anything breaks. |
20 hours is us being generous. Published estimates put the build alone at 20–40 hours, and 60–80 once you count learning the platform, the copywriting and the SEO — and that's only the hours to build it. Nothing in that number covers keeping it alive: nothing is watching for a dead link, a form that stopped sending or a page that 404s. Unless you visit your own site every day, you find out when the enquiries stop. Almost every site that lands in our inbox isn't built right in the first place. Our hour is you answering questions.
So — what's an hour of your time worth?
| Your hourly rate | 20 hours costs you | Wix Light really costs | We cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| £25 | £500 | £608 | from £175 |
| £40 | £800 | £908 | from £175 |
| £60 | £1,200 | £1,308 | from £175 |
If you charge clients £40 an hour, twenty hours on a website builder is £800 of work you didn't do. That's the real price of the cheap option.
And every year after that
Year one's hosting is in the £175. From year two it's £99 a year — that's the standard, not an upsell. The monthly plans are on top of that only if you want us running it.
| Option | You pay | Your hours | Real cost at £40/hr |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wix Light, kept going by you | £108 | ~12 | £588 |
| Wix Core, kept going by you | £192 | ~12 | £672 |
| AI ORCA — hosting (year two onward) | £99 | none | £99 |
One hour a month keeping a builder site alive is twelve hours a year you never get back. Our aftercare costs less than the cheapest paid Wix plan — and costs you nothing in hours.
Longer version, with the sources: the real cost of free website builders and Wix vs a hand-built site.
Step one · £0
Your free website.
Fill in a short form — your name, your email, and a link to your site or Instagram if you've got one. Under a minute, no card, no call to book. It is a few pages, it is genuinely free, and it is yours to look at whether or not you ever pay us a penny. If you want it turned into the full site on your own domain, that starts at £175 — and you will know the exact number before you agree to anything.
- 01
You tell us where to look
Name, email, and your website or Instagram if you have one. No site yet? Tick the box and skip that bit — we'll still build you something.
- 02
We rebuild a few of your pages
Properly — your words, your photos, hand-coded and fast. Not a template with your logo dropped in.
- 03
It lands in your inbox
A live link in a few days, plus a short note on what we changed and why. Then you decide, in your own time.
No call. Nothing to book. No card. We take a handful at a time, so it's first come.
Step two · from £175
Your website, built and live — one price, agreed up front.
We look at what you actually need first, then give you one number. No hourly guessing, no page-builder bloat, no lock-in.
£175
Rebuild of the site you've already got
£215
Built from the ground up
Always included, at every price
- Hand-coded, mobile-first and fast — no page builder underneath it
- Your brand, your colours, your words — written with you, not generated at you
- An enquiry form wired straight to your email inbox
- 12 months' hosting and SSL — in the price, not bolted on. Your domain stays in your name and renews separately
- On-page SEO, analytics and help setting up your Google Business listing
- An editor for the bits that change, where your site needs one
- Live in days, and the files are yours — you can walk off with it any time
- If something breaks, it's on us — small fixes and structural issues sorted. For as long as your hosting's with us.
And what actually moves the price
- How many pages there are — up to 10 is standard, then £15 a page
- Whether people need to book or pay on it
- A shop, a members' area, or a second language
- Whether the photos and words already exist, or we're making them
- Nothing else. There is no line on the invoice you haven't already seen.
Rebuilding an existing Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or WordPress site? Same pricing — the build, then care from £99 a year. Nothing to pay until it's live and you love it.
Bolt onto any build
What we add once the site is earning.
A website is the start, not the finish line. Here's what actually moves the needle after it's live — all of it optional, all of it priced before we start.
Turn one visit into a returning customer
- A sales funnel — from £100–£150 one-off, or from £85/mo fully managed
- A page that earns the email, and the emails that follow it
- Audience-interest tracking built in — you see who is actually engaging
Get found by people who don't know your name yet
- SEO and growth, from £39/mo on top of your hosting. We find the searches your customers are typing — and which of them you don't appear for at all
- Then the site gets changed to win them: titles, headings, page structure, the words on the page, and a new page where there isn't one
- Checked every month, with a plain-English note on what moved and what we're going after next
- Plus exactly what to change on your Google listing so it matches the site — that's most of local search, and you keep control of it
Stay in front of people without renting the list
- A custom email system — sales, retention and review requests, running on your own list
- Booking reminders and win-back sends that go out without you lifting a finger
- Not a platform that can change the rules on you — it's yours. Live and driving bookings on The Healing Centre today
Paperwork that looks like it belongs to you
- Branded documents — quotes, invoices, proposals and reports styled to match your site
- The kind of detail that makes a client trust the number on the page
- Built once, reused every time — no re-designing a document from scratch
Take bookings without paying someone else's fee
- Booking wired into your site — not a Calendly link dropped on a page
- Your availability and your confirmations, built into your own site
- Nobody takes a cut and nobody can change the terms on you
Answer the question at 11pm, automatically
- A chatbot trained on your business — pricing, availability and the FAQs, answered while you're offline

The risk is mine, not yours
Nothing to pay until it's live and you love it.
No deposit and nothing up front. The build is invoiced the day your site goes live, once you've seen it and signed it off. We take on a handful of builds at a time so each one gets full attention. That's why we can back it like this.
Straight answers
The questions people ask before they decide.
Is the free website actually free?
Yes. A few of your pages rebuilt properly and sent to you as a real link. Nothing to book, no card, no call. It is yours to look at whether or not you ever pay us a penny. If you want it turned into the full site on your own domain, that starts at £175 — and you will know the exact number before you agree to anything.
What's the difference between £175 and £215?
£175 is the rebuild price — you already have a site, so the words, the photos and the structure exist and we are rebuilding them properly. A brand new business starting from nothing needs the content written, the brand worked out and the structure decided from scratch — that's £215, built from the ground up. Either way you get the exact number before anything begins.
What moves the price above the starting number?
How many pages there are — up to 10 is standard, then £15 a page. Whether people need to book or pay on it. A shop, a members' area, or a second language. Whether the photos and words already exist, or we're making them. Nothing else — there is no line on the invoice you haven't already seen, and anything above a starting price is agreed in writing before a line is built.
When do I pay?
No deposit and nothing up front. The build is invoiced the day your site goes live, once you've seen it and signed it off. Nothing to pay until it's live and you love it.
Do I have to be on a monthly plan?
No. Year one's hosting is in the build price. From year two it's Care at £99 a year — hosting, SSL, daily backups and someone to fix it when it breaks. The monthly plans (Found £39/mo, Growing £79/mo) are on top of that only if you want us running it and getting it found. You are never forced onto a monthly plan to keep your own site online.
If I ask for a change, is there an invoice?
No. Changing your prices, swapping a photo, adding a therapist, taking last year's workshop down — that's the plan, not an add-on. No per-change fee, no quote for a five-minute job. If it turns into a whole new section or a new page, that's Growing, or a job we price up front. You'll know which it is before anything starts.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Where your site needs it — your team, your prices, your classes — we set up a simple editor. Log in, change it, it's live. It comes with the build, whatever you decide to do afterwards.
I'm on Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy or WordPress already. Same price?
Same pricing — the build from £175, then care from £99 a year. Nothing to pay until it's live and you love it. See will I lose my Google ranking if I redesign my website? for how a rebuild keeps what already ranks.
Who owns the site?
You do. It's on your domain, the files are yours, and you can take it whenever — no lock-in. Your domain stays in your own name and renews separately, usually around £10–15 a year.
In their words
Real builds. Real clients.
Every build is hand-crafted, not templated — and we run it for you so it never drifts. They're all live right now — go and scroll them.
Euan's built the whole engine behind the academy — two apps live on the App Store and Google Play, the system that drafts my player reports in my own voice, the website and the automation behind it. What matters more is that he learned how I actually coach before he built any of it. Our players get a level of service I couldn't deliver on my own.

From the branding to the website, everything finally looks like one place — clean, professional and unmistakably us. It feels like a completely different business, not just a new coat of paint. People comment on it before they've even booked in, and it actually brings them through the door.
